Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to directions on the package. When the stuffing is finished cooking, let it cool slightly for easier handling.
Clean and remove the seeds from four large green peppers, and place in a small roasting pan or any pan that will allow the peppers to sit up right. Mix half the prepared Stove Top Stuffing with the ground turkey and knead well to evenly blend the two ingredients. Separate the stuffing into four parts and stuff each of the cleaned peppers with 1/4 of the mixture and place up right in the roasting pan.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven, uncovered for 1 hour. Half way through the baking time you can pour your favorite Kraft Barbeque Sauce or ketchup over the top to add a wonderful flavor.
