2 tablespoons oil
4 pork chops
2 large onions, thickly sliced
1/2 bunch celery
4 small potatoes cut in halves
1 small can whole tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Kraft's grated cheese
1/2 cup water

Put oil in a heavy pot, add the pork chops and brown them.

Then layer pork chops with, first onions then celery, potatoes and add the tomatoes that you crush with your hand. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 half cup water.

Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 1 hour. Serve and sprinkle Kraft Grated Cheese over the top.
