Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut deep horizontal pocket in each pork chop.
In medium bowl - combine next 8 ingredients. Mix well. Stuff each chop with about 1/4 of the stuffing mixture. Place chops in ungreased 13x9 inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile - in small saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch - stir in apple juice. Cook over medium-low heat till mixture boils and thickens - stirring frequently. Remove from heat - stir in margarine. Pour evenly over chops -Bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes or till pork in tender and no longer pink.
