1 pkg (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 cup (4 oz.) Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs

Combine first 7 ingredients.

Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
