In skillet, fry chopped up bacon. When almost done, add chopped onions, then add a little salt and pepper and the amount of chili powder you would like. Cook until done.
When done, drain off grease, and then pour remaining ingredients into large bowl. Then add cooked and drained macaroni with chopped up tomatoes (do not drain tomato juice). Stir until well blended. Spread into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle a little more chili powder over top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350°F for 45 min to 1 hour. Just before taking out of oven, brown top a little. ENJOY.
