1 lb ground beef
2 cups torn white bread - small pieces
1 package dried onion soup
1 1/2 Tablespoons dried chopped parsley
1 egg
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup grape jelly

Knead beef, bread, onion soup, parsley and egg until completely mix. Roll into small meatballs and place into baking dish.

Mix ketchup, lemon juice and jelly together and pour over meatballs.

Place in 375°F oven for 45 minutes.
