Microwave potatoes. Remove potato from shells and mix with butter, mayo, spicy mustard and milk - consistency should be like mash potatoes.
Cut ham into small cubes and mix into potato mixture. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
Place into 325°F oven for 30 minutes.
