1 can (l5 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
2 Tbsp Splenda
1 package Jell-O Sugar-Free Pineapple Gelatin
1 cup fat-free buttermilk
1 tub (8 oz.) Fat Free Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Let's Make It
Mix pineapple and Splenda in microwave bowl. Heat until boiling. Add Jell-O, stir until dissolved, cool.
Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and stir until blended. Stir in nuts.
Pour into 13x7-inch glass dish and refrigerate for 3 hours or longer if desired.
Cut into serving pieces and top with additional whipped topping.
