Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 green peppers or you can use red or yellow peppers
1/2 loaf either plain white bread or Italian bread
1 stick melted butter
2 or 3 tomatoes
1 onion
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt

Let's Make It

Cut top off of peppers clean inside and wash and drain.

Break up bread for your stuffing. Add melted butter. Cut up tomatoes in small chunks. Cut up and dice onion. Add to your stuffing.

Mix all together and stuff in your peppers. Put in your refrigerator and chill about 1 1/2 hours (you do not cook these). You eat these raw.
