1 package frozen mixed vegetables, (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, etc)
1 small can pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained, reserve juice
2-3 chopped green onions with tops
olive oil or butter flavored cooking oil
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tsp garlic salt or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
juice from can of pineapple tidbits or chunks
2 tsp brown sugar

Cut chicken pieces into small chunks, sautee until browned 2- 3 min. Over medium heat, add mixed frozen vegetables and pineapple.
Make sauce - by mixing all ingredients together. Add to chicken mixture, cook covered for 10 min. and add green onions last 2-3 min.
