Preheat the oven to 350°F. Boil noodles, drain and rinse in cold water. Cut cheese into cubes.
Use a 9x13 baking dish. Once noodles are drained, pour into the dish, add the cubed cheese, egg, butter, and fill the dish with milk until the pasta is almost covered. Mix well. Finish filling with milk until the noodles are covered. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
