Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange potato wedges on the bottom of a 13x9" pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning. Pour 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Dressing evenly over potatoes. Repeat with 1/4 cup of Kraft Parmesan Cheese.
Place chicken breasts over potatoes. Sprinkle remaining seasoning, dressing and parmesan cheese evenly over chicken.
Bake for one hour or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
