2. Brown sausage in skillet till done and set to side (do not drain).
3. Prepare grits per instructions (make them as thick or thin as you want and salt and butter them).
4. Add the sausage to your grits and also some of the grease from sausage for seasoning.
5. Serve with toast topped with your favorite jelly.
