Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pkg ramen noodles (oriental or chicken flavor packet)
1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1 pkg (10-12 oz.) ready to serve coleslaw
1 pkg (2-3 oz.) sunflower seeds
1 pkg (2-3 oz.) slivered almonds
3 green onions, chopped (include tops)

Night before: (Cook the dressing early enough so it will have time to chill.) Combine Ramen flavor packet, oil, vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil, stir to mix well and chill.

1-2 hours before serving: Combine coleslaw, uncooked Ramen noodles (crumbled), sunflower seeds, almonds (toast them first) and onions.

Pour on dressing, toss, and continue to chill.
