Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 whole chicken or 3 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 medium onion
1 cup chicken broth
12 oz package spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup milk
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 can Ro*Tel
1 lb Velveeta Cheese

Boil and debone chicken, save the broth for later. Melt butter and saute onion. To this add chicken and broth (1 cup).

Boil spaghetti in remaining broth. Drain and add milk. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot. When cheese is all melted, put in a casserole dish.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
