Preheat oven to 425°F. Line crust with aluminum foil, fill crust with pie weights or dried beans. Bake 4 to 5 minutes, remove weight or beans; bake 2 to 3 more minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
Mix sugar and next 7 ingredients. Add eggs, complete mixing. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes, use pie shield to prevent overbrowning. Cool pie completely on wire rack.
