Heat wieners either in microwave or in water on stove.
In medium bowl, prepare slaw dressing mix with vinegar and sugar. In large salad bowl, stir dressing with coleslaw mix and celery seed; blend well. Sprinkle with paprika.
Heat chili in bowl in microwave or in saucepan on stove.
Place buns on large platter and place one wiener in each. Spoon small amount of chili on wieners. Spoon large spoonful of slaw mixture on top of chili. Enjoy!!
