Microwave chocolate, corn syrup and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate mixture over cereal; mix lightly. With hands slightly moistened with cold water, shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on wax paper-lined tray. Refrigerate until firm. Wrap in decorative foil. Store in refrigerator.
