Original recipe yields 1 serving
CRUST
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups melted butter or margarine
FILLING
1 small deli cheesecake
4 pint s strawberry ice cream
STRAWBERRY SAUCE (topping)
cups 2 to 3 sliced strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 lemon, squeezed

Mix together ingredients for crust and then press mixture into a pie plate.

Then mix together ingredients for filling until slightly or completely ceamy. Pour into crust and place in freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

While freezing that part of dessert, concentrate on sauce or topping. Pour in sliced strawberries, sugar, and squeezed lemon juice into medium sauce pan and simmer until it looks almost like a marmalade. Then pour into a medium sized bowl and place medium bowl into large bowl of ice and water.

Then check cheesecake and if frozen, pull out of freezer and pour on topping.
