2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Kraft Catalina Dressing
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a large skillet, cook in butter with completely cooked through.

In a casserole dish combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stir in chicken.

Cover and bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from oven let set for 5 minutes before serving. Serve over cooked Minute Rice.
