Saute onion and bell pepper. Add ground beef and cook till brown. Add taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
Add pinto beans, golden hominy, stewed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and Ro*Tel (use all liquid in can). Add one cup of water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bring taco soup to a boil, then let simmer for 1 hour. Serve with crumbled corn chips and cheese on top.
