Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breasts in a large pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on top of each breast.
Mix milk and cream of mushroom soup in a small bowl until combined. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken, and drizzle with butter.
Place covered with tin foil in oven for 30 min. Take off foil and bake for an additional 20 min.
