Cilantro
1 big onion
3 tomatoes
1 bell pepper

Cut the potatoes into 4ths and put them in a colander. Wash them thoroughly. Then wash the cilantro then start chopping the cilantro. After cut the onion then after that you wash the tomatoes and cut them into 4ths. Then chop the bell pepper.

Mix all ingredients together.

Put on stove on medium then after 5 or 10 minutes put it on low then add a little water then your home cooked fries are done.
