5 oz sausage, thawed
3 medium potatoes peeled, diced
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup white onion
1/4 cup green pepper
3 eggs, scrambled
1 cup Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese

With a sprayed 5-inch fry pan, cook sausage over medium heat until no pink shows. Drain and set aside.

In a 10-inch fry pan, start cooking the potatoes for ten minutes over medium heat. Add the onions and green pepper.

In another 5-inch sprayed frying pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat. Carefully fold the eggs and sausage into the hash brown mixture. Add the Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese before serving. Enjoy!
