4 thin slices avocado
15 thin slices cucumber
4 mini carrots, julienne
1 Tbsp Philadelphia Cream Cheese (any flavor)
1 sun dried tomato/basil tortilla OR 1 whole wheat tortilla
2 slices provolone / Swiss cheese

Slice all veggies thin.

Spread cream cheese on tortilla, lay cheese over that. Add veggies: avocado, cucumber, carrot. Put all ingredients in center of tortilla.

Roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap, leaving one end easy to open by twisting.
