1/2 cup green and/or jalapeno peppers
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 jar (15 ounce) spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown beef along with peppers and onion; drain grease. Cook noodles and drain.

Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in a 2 quart microwave safe dish.
