Carefully lift discs one by one and place on flat surface like a cutting board, after thawing in fridge. Cut in halves.
Season and cook 10 minutes, ground turkey and drain, or chicken. Place 1 tablespoon of turkey or thin slices of chicken in the halves of discs on one side, add cheese. (I love cheese so I put a lot! you decide!) Fold sides to meat, and press with fork all around to seal. (Looks like a small fan).
Heat oil in flat frying pan. Now you are ready to fry for about 2 minutes, while turning twice in between minutes. Fry on med high till golden brown. Serve or refrigerate until ready for you. You can always warm them again in the oven.
