Rice or fusilli (spiral-shaped pasta)
1 big onion
1 can (12 oz.) tuna in oil
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple in syrup
1/2 Tablespoon curry

Start cooking rice or fusilli.

Cut onion in stripes and bake in the oil out of the tuna can. Add pineapple (with 1/2 of the syrup) and stir while adding the curry.

Add tuna and rest of pineapple juice and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice or fusilli.
