1 small bag mixed frozen vegetables (I like to use California blend mixed vegetables)
1/2 can milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown hamburger with onion and drain.
Partially cook frozen vegetables, add 1/2 can milk to cream of mushroom soup in separate bowl.
Put cooked hamburger and onion on bottom of casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup in vegetables and spread on top of hamburger. Arrange tater tots on top of vegetables.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
