4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Butter
1 large package of cream cheese
Bacon (uncooked)
Serve with white rice and baby carrots

Flatten chicken breast and salt and pepper. Dot with butter and a 1/2 slice of cream cheese. Roll up and wrap with bacon.

Preheat oven to 400-425°F. Put butter in bottom of baking dish.

Cook about 1 hour - or until chicken is done.
