In a large bowl mix eggs, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and milk. Preheat large skillet and melt the margarine.
Dip bread slices into the mixture (coating both sides) and place in the skillet. Cook both sides until brown. Approximately 1- 2 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet and garnish with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
