1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, pressed
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Combine all ingredients together.

Spoon dip into baking dish or stone.

Bake 20-25 minutes until heated through and brown on edges. Serve with tortilla chips, bread or vegetables.
