Bring 4 cups of water to boil in 2 qt. sauce pan. Add shelled, deveined, raw shrimp. Cook 2-3 min. or until pink. Immediately remove shrimp from hot water and place in bowl of ice water.
Mix the following chopped ingredients: tomatoes, onion, Serrano pepper and cilantro. Add cocktail sauce, A.1. Steak Sauce, lime juice and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with the cooked shrimp. (Shrimp should be cold or very cool).
Serve in tall sherbet or wine glasses. Decorate with sprigs of fresh cilantro. Serve with your favorite crackers. For a hotter flavor, may add Tabasco sauce.
