cup 1/2 to 1 uncooked rice
1 can corn, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 pkg au jus seasoning
1 pkg taco seasoning
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown and drain ground beef.

Combine all ingredients (except cheese & sour cream) in crock-pot. Cook on low heat until rice is done.

Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream. We like to use tortilla chips instead of spoons!
