2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
1 jar (16 oz.) Kraft Cheez Whiz
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups Minute Rice

Saute butter, celery, green pepper, and onions in a skillet over medium heat. Cook broccoli according to directions, and drain.

Combine all ingredients in an oven safe 12x9x13 casserole dish.
