1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup salsa (hot if you like!)
2 Tbsp chopped jalapenos
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze it dry!
8 oz half-and-half

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese and mozzarella. Add salsa, jalapenos, vinegar and spinach.
Put into 6 cup baker and mix in half-and-half. Can top with sliced olives if you like.
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
