1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup jarred mushrooms, drained
1 leaf of romaine lettuce
1 serving of white pita bread
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. While your oven is heating up, chop up tomatoes and slice olives. Drain sufficient amount of mushrooms, tear lettuce into bite size pieces, and begin to put a delicious snack together.

Start with pita bread, a light layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, mushrooms, more mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Pop that sucker in the oven and cook for about 6 minutes and enjoy!
