Original recipe yields 1 serving
Crab Ball:
2 package s (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
2 cans fancy white crab meat, drained of water
2 Tbsp horseradish
Cocktail sauce to pour over crab ball:
1 1/2 cups ketchup
Horseradish to taste
Serve with Ritz Crackers

Mix cream cheese, crab meat and 2 Tbsp. of horseradish. Blend with fork until smooth.

Divide in half. Make each half into a ball. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Sauce: Mix ketchup and horseradish together and chill. Pour sauce over crab ball before serving. Arrange crackers around ball.
