1 pkg spicy Indian tofu, organic
1/2 red bell pepper
1 green onion
2 Tbsp olive oil

Let's Make It

In a frying pan at medium heat cube the tofu, sliver the pepper, and cut the onion into 3 inch lengths. Heat for two minutes.

Then simmer till veggies are tender crisp or 3 minutes.

Serve as a side dish, quick lunch or, after cooling, on top of lettuce with Kraft Ranch Dressing, sesame and sunflower seeds.
