2 pint s cherry tomatoes
1 small sweet banana pepper
2 small green onions
1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
1/8 tsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and halve cherry tomatoes. Slice pepper and green onions into thin rings. Toss first three ingredients together with basil in a medium bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together sugar, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Pour over cherry tomato mixture and gently toss.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours. Serve with your favorite grilled meat.
