1. Placed broccoli in a 9x13 dish. Cover with the chicken. Slice the cheese and spread over the top of chicken
2. Mix together soup, mayo and water chestnuts and spread over the cheese.
3. Bake 40 minutes at 350°F and then add the onion rings and bake for 5 minutes longer.
