1/2 package ground hot sausage (or 5 pieces of bacon)
1 pack (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 cups Kraft Mexican Cheese, divided
1 package large mushroom caps

Cook the sausage, or bacon (bacon should be crisp) until done; drain excess grease and blot with paper towel. Mix bacon or sausage with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of Mexican cheese. Mix well.
With a teaspoon, spoon mixture into mushroom caps until full, place in large glass baking dish. Cover tops of mushrooms with the remaining Mexican cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 15-25 min, or until cheese on top is melted. You can also use crab meat instead of bacon or sausage.
