Brown ground meat, seasoning as you prefer it (I use salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning - another friend uses garlic, onions, salt, and pepper.) Drain. Mix in tomato soup and corn.
Pour combined mixture into a medium sized casserole dish (8x8 inch or similar). Prepare 6 servings of instant mashed potatoes according to instructions on box. Spoon potatoes over meat mixture and cover generously with cheese.
