Butter 9x13 inch glass dish, and line with graham crackers.
Beat pudding with milk, medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend In Cool Whip.
Pour half mixture over crackers, then put second layer of crackers over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over mixture and cover with crackers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, then add frosting. Keep in fridge till you're ready for it.
