Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 Tbsp. dried flakes
2 tsp lemon juice
4-5 shakes of Tabasco
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp salt
1 cup of heavy cream
2 minced hard cook eggs
2 cans (6 oz. each) cooked crab meat

Let's Make It

Melt butter in a double boiler. Add flour and blend.

Stir in remaining ingredients except cream and eggs and crab meat. Blend. Slowly add cream stirring constantly until thickened. Add crab and eggs.

Turn into individual baking dishes or large cleaned clam shells. Bake at 400 degrees F for ten minutes or until they bubble. You can add bread crumbs on top if you wish.
