Peel the cucumber or leave the skin on for color. Dice all the vegetables (or you can buy them pre-diced at some grocery stores to save time)
Put vegetables in a bowl and toss with the Italian Dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes or until chilled. Chilling is optional but taste better chilled.
