Original recipe yields 1 serving
3/4 cup softened butter (stick and 1/2)
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup granola cereal
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 package (10 oz.) English toffee bits

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.

In a small bowl combine: flour, granola, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Add in toffee bits.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire rack.
