Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup milk
2 or 3 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
3 Tablespoons Kraft Parmesan Cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Olive or vegetable oil (to fry)
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup good quality tomato sauce
Kraft Shredded Mozzarella

Combine milk and egg in a bowl. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in another bowl.

Split chicken breasts in half dredge in milk and egg mixture. Immediately transfer to bread crumb mixture and pat until well coated.

Heat oil, fry chicken in oil until brown on each side (about 10 minutes each side). Remove from oil and drain chicken on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken on baking sheet, and top each breast with a large tablespoon of sauce (or more) and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. This should take about 15 minutes to make sure chicken is cooked.
