Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pound ground beef
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz.) Mexicorn (you can use regular corn if you like)
1 small onion, diced
1 small package of egg noodles
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and Tony Chachere's (or any cajun season)-all to taste

Brown the ground beef and drain.

Add all of the rest of the ingredients and stir in well.

Cook for about 15 minutes, starting on medium-high heat. As it starts steaming, reduce heat to low and finish cooking for about 5 minutes.
