3 cups cooked cubed chicken
3/4 cup pitted sweet cherries, cut in half
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 chopped walnuts (or pecans)
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoon s apple cider vinegar
1 cup Miracle Whip Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside.

Then to prepare the dressing, add the next 5 ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well and toss with the chicken mixture.

Chill for 2 hours. Serve with rolls.
